Hall of Fame Privacy & Content Policy
The Hall of Fame exists to celebrate outstanding Stronghold Kingdoms players and preserve notable community achievements. It is intended as a historical archive and recognition page, not as a player directory or personal profile database.
Data sources
Everything shown comes exclusively from information already publicly visible inside Stronghold Kingdoms or on its official public leaderboards and Hall of Heroes pages. This can include an in-game username, world or server, rank, achievement, publicly visible statistics, and an achievement date when available. No private messages, leaks, or unofficial sources are used.
Real names and personal identity
The Hall of Fame may display a player’s public Stronghold Kingdoms username, even when that username resembles an ordinary name. However, the system never searches for, collects, stores, publishes, or infers the player’s real-world identity.
It does not replace an in-game username with a legal name; add a real name found on Discord, Facebook, Steam, YouTube, X, forums, or another website; investigate whether a username belongs to a particular person; connect a username to a workplace, family, location, email address, or social account; guess that a username contains a real name; or treat information from another platform as permission to include it.
If the official Hall of Heroes lists King_Arthur92, the archive may reproduce King_Arthur92. It must not attempt to discover or add a real name, location, Discord account, or any other outside identity. Even when a player publicly uses a real name as an in-game username, it is reproduced only as the officially displayed game username.
No identity linking
Entries are never connected to Reddit, X, YouTube, Facebook, Discord, Twitch, Steam, other games, or other websites. Players may choose to connect those identities themselves.
Neutral presentation
Entries remain factual and may contain rankings, dates, statistics, and public game achievements. They do not contain opinions, allegations, rumors, accusations, speculation, or personal commentary.
Search engines and protected access
Member-only access is intended to reduce search-engine indexing, automated scraping, and unnecessary public exposure. No online system can guarantee complete privacy, and members can still copy or share information, but controlled access helps limit broad redistribution.
Automated-abuse protection
The free player search uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish ordinary visitors from automated requests. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The verified full archive does not require this CAPTCHA.
Removal, correction, and anonymization
Players may request removal, correction, or anonymization through the site contact form. Requests are reviewed promptly and handled in good faith. Whenever reasonable, player preferences are respected even when the original information remains publicly available. Verified errors in achievements, dates, rankings, or usernames are corrected promptly.
Copyright and attribution
The intellectual-property rights of the game’s developers and publishers are respected. The archive does not imply official affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.
